About the role

We are seeking a talented Treasury Accounting Staff to join our dynamic finance team at Dunkin' in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in managing our treasury operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting. What you'll be doing

  • Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining accurate records of all treasury-related transactions
  • Preparing and analyzing daily cash flow reports, and other financial statements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments and receipts
  • Supporting the implementation of treasury policies and procedures to enhance internal controls
  • Providing administrative support and ad-hoc tasks as required by the finance department

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a treasury accounting or similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, treasury management, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, SAP)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the accounting and finance industry
