Job Summary:

The Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling motor vehicle (car) insurance policies under BMG Insurance Agency Inc. The position involves identifying prospective clients, providing quotations, explaining coverage details, and ensuring high-quality service from policy application to renewal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell motorcar insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate quotations based on client and vehicle information.
  • Explain insurance coverage, benefits, exclusions, and premium computations.
  • Assist clients in completing application forms and submitting requirements.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments for policy processing.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, renewals, and policy updates.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide client support and assistance in claim-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience in insurance or automotive sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
  • Knowledgeable in non-life (motor) insurance is preferred.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and meet clients regularly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
