The Sales Associate will be responsible for communicating the benefits of Altitude Digital's products to our customers in order to drive sales. The Sales Associate will be the point of contact between the business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives
  • Expand customer reach across different social media forums and bidding platforms
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions
  • Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecasts and projections
  • Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
  • Maintain specific Lazada and Shopee accounts, and other social media accounts
  • Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably a 4-year college graduate, but open to college undergraduates and high school graduates.
  • Decent typing skills and knowledge with punctuation and proper grammar and chat etiquette
  • With experience and strong interest in videography or photography and/or experience handling consumer electronic products
  • Good English communication skills
  • Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule (6 days per week, Hybrid Work Setup: alternate one (1) week on-site, day shift, and one (1) week WFH, night shift)
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
