About the role

Dermasia Corporation is seeking driven and ambitious Sales Associates to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our fashion jewelry to customers, contributing to the company's continued growth and success. What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers in-store to understand their fashion needs
  2. Providing personalized product recommendations and demonstrations to drive sales
  3. Maintaining strong product knowledge to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
  4. Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets
  5. Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience
  6. Assisting with inventory management and store operations as required

  1. Proven sales experience in the retail store, preferably in a customer-facing role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new product lines
  4. Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and market trends
  7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales servic
