The Nespresso Sales Associate/Coffee Specialist is an ambassador of Nespresso at our boutiques or at our trade partners, and delivers the highest possible customer service through every interaction, upholding the premium image and positioning of Nespresso.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
  • Follow and achieve the department's sales goal on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

QUALIFICATIONS

  • With at least one (1) year of working experience in Sales
  • Must have knowledge in product selling
  • Has great interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on different shifts and on holidays
