Position Summary

The Loan Sales Supervisor or PSS is in-charge of generating loans and converting leads generated by marketing into sales at the branch level. They also supervise the activities of the Field Sales and Marketing Representatives (FSMRs) to ensure that the branch/es it supervise/s attain its target releases and portfolio.

Essential Functions

1.    Spearhead the regular training and meeting with the sales personnel in order to align them with new policies, regulations, and strategies.

2.    Initiate and supervise the identification of potential clients and ensure new loan applications and the completion of requirements.

3.    Coordinates with the client and Sales Unit to fast-track the processing and approval of loans to ensure fast disbursement of loan proceeds to the borrower.

4.    Conducts PDB with FSMRs to validate results of visits and to strategize on the next activity.

5.    Ensure attainment of daily, monthly, and yearly sales target of the branch handled.

6.    Submit regular reports to the Branch Lending Head (BLH), Area Lending Head (ALH), Sales Unit Head and Product Heads at the Head Office.

Qualifications

  1. Preferably graduate from any business-related course.

  2. Extensive knowledge and experience in marketing and sales.

  3. Prior work experience with a bank is an advantage.

  4. Must have driving skills.

  5. Computer Literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

  6. Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.

  7. With good communication skills.

  8. Can manage stress well.
