Tasks & responsibilities
- Builds and strengthens networks of contacts with professional organizations, etc. Manages the recruitment budget for new and/or to be replaced positions for Support Operations Group
- Develops and implements sourcing, screening and selection strategies and programs
- Drafts employment job offer letter for selected candidates Consolidates pre-employment requirements of new hires
- Ensures all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time Searches and Identifies suitable workforce market for the organization Designs recruitment advertisements.
