Dispatcher

Job description:

a) Receiving and answering booking of trucks on time thru email

b) Preparation of all necessary documents for the dispatch of trucks

c) Ensure completeness and accuracy of data encoded on the trip documents

d) Monitoring of truck movements and updates

e) Ensures completeness and timely arrival of trucks based on the given call-time

f) Checking of truck documents and condition before releasing the trucks

g) Briefing of truck personnel on the important things to remember during and after delivery

h) Coordinates and provide updates with customer on the status of truck dispatch and arrival

i) Work closely with depot coordinators for smooth execution of truck allocation

j) Encodes all dispatch and trip records thru the identified ERP System

k) Provide reports on the daily truck dispatch transactions

l) Cascade all important information to all truckers being mandated by PRC Top Management and clients

m) Provide proper endorsements to colleagues to ensure that there are no important things that will be overlooked

n) Assist the POD in the clearing of documents

o) Ensure that all documents related to dispatch records are intact and readily available

p) On-time liquidation of funds to Accounting Department

q) Provides full reports to HR Department of any non-compliance of truckers with regard to company rules and regulations

r) Conduct trainings to truckers if necessary

s) Provide assistance with the trucker during loading and delivery

t) Tracking of trucks after exceeding 8 hours on trip from the time it was dispatched to garage
