Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily recruitment process from sourcing (through online, walk-ins, PESO or job fairs, leafleting, referrals, and other recruitment programs) to deployment.
• Contacts and interviews all applicants in the GMS Trabaho Para Sa Iyo, and does the tagging and monitors the status of their applications until deployment.
• Performs tagging of deployed applicants in the Manpower Request Form and monitors open manpower requests.
• Endorses qualified applicants to the Account Coordinator for store deployment
• Does the re-tagging of applicants, not being considered for deployment in the assigned account, go back to GMS Trabaho Para Sa Iyo for possible deployment to other accounts?
• Prepares intro letters, notice of penalties/charges, and company IDs for newly deployed field personnel
• Ensures the completeness of employment requirements of newly-hired personnel.
• Updates the master file on deployment and monitors the status of employment until disengagement with the company.
• Processes and generates regular reports on manpower deployment, vacancies, turnover, and retention.
• Assists Operations Group in the Alalay and Kalinga Program for the assigned account.
• Regularly provides updated sourcing and deployment status reports.
