Job Overview:

We are looking for an Operational Compliance Analyst to assist in improving the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the manual validation process for PCID and KYC compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance standards are met and will help optimize processes to mitigate risks and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manual validation of PCID and KYC compliance to ensure all processes meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the validation process and suggest solutions to enhance accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with data privacy, anti-money laundering (AML), and other relevant industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related issues and support operational goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance is always maintained.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance measures and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably with a strong background in Information Technology or Security Risk Management).
  • 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in compliance, risk management, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and relevant industry standards.
  • Knowledge of PCID and KYC compliance requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools, software, and processes is a plus.
