Meet the agreed service level standards in supporting Agency channel's branch operational requirements related to New Business processing, collection, after-sales transactions, and proper office administration, towards the achievement of Agency channel's sales targets:

  • Processing of branch transactions within the agreed service level standards
  • Accurate and timely posting of premium collections
  • Meets customer satisfaction in processing after-sales transactions
  • Upkeep of branch office facilities
  • Distributor relationship

Charter Ping An, on the other hand, has 22 branches nationwide and 2,007 agents.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or customer service functions
