About the role

As a full-time Branch Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing personalised banking solutions and building lasting relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  3. Accurately processing financial transactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Answering customer questions and providing information about our products and services
  5. Cross-selling relevant banking services to meet customer needs
  6. Adhering to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  7. Collaborating with the branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

  1. A graduate of any business course
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or retail banking role
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Proficiency in using banking software and technology
  6. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  7. Knowledge of banking operations and regulations
  8. Fresh graduate are open to apply.
