Recruitment Manager

Position Summary
The Recruitment Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of top talent to meet the company's business needs. This role will lead a team of recruitment professionals, develop sourcing strategies, and work closely with department heads to ensure recruitment practices align with Global Virtuoso's objectives, culture, and values.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various positions across the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews, assessments, and job offers.
Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to monitor effectiveness, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
Represent Global Virtuoso at job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote employer branding.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Proven experience in both volume and specialized hiring, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive strategy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
