The Human Resources Recruitment personnel are responsible for addressing the department's manpower needs, both for the head office and the operational side. Collaborating with internal and external teams, managing admin work, staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use social media networks and hiring sites to look for and connect with potential candidates.
- Posting of job hiring announcements.
- Screening resumes and performing in-person/virtual/phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinating and making hiring recommendations to the respective head/managers.
- In charge of monitoring the hiring cycle and keeping in the loop with the applicants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and contracts, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the human resources field. Work experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
