The ideal candidate will shape our brand's identity, drive market growth, and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute impactful campaigns. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with a data-driven approach and a passion for building lasting brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition, mission, and voice.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing activities consistently reflect the brand's identity and message across all channels.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and public relations, to ensure a unified brand message.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and market trends to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, from digital content to print collateral, ensuring brand consistency

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand health, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on brand performance and marketing ROI.
  • Use insights from data to identify areas for improvement and new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor's degree in any related courses.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on brand management and strategy.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that have grown brand recognition and market share.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
