We are seeking a strategic communications professional to drive organizational growth through innovative marketing and communication initiatives.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create engaging content across digital platforms, oversee social media campaigns, and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Promote key events, handle media relations, manage internal communications, and track campaign effectiveness through analytics.
  • Oversight of systems and tools used to execute marketing efforts efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Foster teamwork and strong convictions of honesty and moral uprightness.
  • Graphic design and basic video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with brand development and market research.
