JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

-Preferably a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management course or any Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job

-Preferrably have at least 1 years of relevant experience

-Preferrably possess a Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

-Proficient in oral and written communications

-Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude

-With high regards on quality service -Strong administrative and management skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist in overseeing and managing the operation of the Dormitory services, but not limited to, the following:

  2. Reservation of guests;

  3. Preparation of Billing
  4. Preparation of Order of Payment;
  5. Preparation of purchase request;
  6. Preparation of room status;

  7. Preparation of periodic maintenance report;

  8. Inventory of dormitory supplies, materials and equipment; and

    3.Purchasing of dormitory materials.

  9. Provide assistance to Dormitory Manager II

  10. Ensures cleanliness and availability of amenities at all times;

6.Ensures that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and efficiently;

  1. Deals with guests complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guests satisfaction at all times;
  2. Assists in the preparation of dormitory related reports and update the records (reservations/ payments, and purchases);
  3. Ensures all costs are controlled without compromising the standards and the service delivery;
  4. Assists in supervising the in-house training of participants.
  5. Performs other related functions assigned by immediate Supervisor.
