  • Manage community daily such as but not limited to responding to all inquiries, comments, and complaints on social media, website and corporate email; actively engage with the follower/s and customer/s; escalate any bad comment/s and review/s to ADO Team for proper and immediate action.

  • Maintain and build Acienda Designer Outlet Facebook community regularly.

  • Manage and build Acienda Designer Outlet Rewards Loyalty App and merchandise.

  • Perform weekly SMS, email blast, and push notification/s via Rewards Loyalty App.

  • Monitor Acienda Claw machine and photobooth daily such as but not limited to manning, income monitoring, operational expenses, supplies inventory, thematic backdrop, marketing, uploading of photos on Facebook, etc.

  • Assist in events coordination, planning and execution of regular and thematic outlet events and weekly activations, aligned with Outlet's theme, branding and top management's direction including preparation of MOA, Service Order/s, Project Plan/s, Work Plan/s, Job Order/s and overall coordination with all concerned department/s and clients/ performers.

  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral, track existing marketing campaigns and report on results and coordinate market research studies.

  • Help in conceptualize and execute content/s for social media, marketing campaign/s, collateral/s, press release/s, etc.

  • Assist in all video production of Marketing Team (i.e. but not limited to myAciendaTV, Kwentong Acienda, brand videos, Facebook Live broadcast/s, Spin to Win, other online campaign/s, etc).

  • Help identify marketing trend/s and key opportunity/ies for innovation.

  • Create monthly report/s weekly and monthly.

  • Collaborate with the Outlet's tenants to create innovative ways to gain exposure for tenant products.

  • Monitor, tag, budget, and purchase marketing equipment/s and supply/ies inventory.

  • Submit ideas for marketing program/s designed to enhance and grow the Acienda Designer Outlet's brand.

  • Attend to all walk-in customer/s and/or client/s inquiring about the mall event/s, leasing, photoshoot/s, bazaar, etc.

  • Respond to daily calls of Marketing.

  • Work closely with the Brand Communications Manager to ensure that overall goals are met.

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team.

  • Perform other duties aside from the primary tasks that may be assigned from time to time. videos, Facebook Live broadcast/s, Spin to Win, other online campaign/s, etc).

  • Help identify marketing trend/s and key opportunity/ies for innovation.
