About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Based in our Pampanga site, this full-time position involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and resolving a variety of customer queries and concerns
  2. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  3. Providing timely and effective solutions to customer problems
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant customer service
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous development of our call centre operations

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
  5. A positive attitude and the desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
