About the role

Join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Telco division based in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this full-time position, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers and responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Providing accurate information about our products and services, and assisting customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records to ensure efficient follow-up and resolution
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors as needed
  5. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver a consistent customer experience
