About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers and responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner

  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records to ensure efficient follow-up and resolution
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors as needed
  5. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver a consistent customer experience
