Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the gastrolounge's daily operations. This role ensures consistent delivery of exceptional guest service, efficient team management, compliance with food safety standards, and achievement of business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and can balance customer satisfaction with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent food and beverage service.
  • Develop and manage employee schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and service meet gastrolounge standards.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Track sales performance, implement promotional strategies, and work to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on menu development, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
