  • Drive sales, profitability, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 7–10 years leadership experience in F&B, hospitality, or luxury-retail.
  • Strong P&L management and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
