Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Sales-Retail/ General or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Background/experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Pharmaceuticals, is an advantage. With exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration, ideal accounts receivable management within an assigned territory, and/or market segment.
  • Preferably residing in Cebu.

Job Description:

  • Generates new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
  • Present price, credit, and terms by standard procedures and customers' profitability profiles. Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
  • Increase sales and average order size using cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional sale items.
  • Educate customers about the terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve product-relatedcomplaintsSet up sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the distribution team.
