Sales Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for answering inquiries, processing order requests, and coordinating deliveries. They can also be the point of contact between the business and its prospects or clients. Their range of responsibilities include identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Close online sales by answering customer questions and processing orders from offline and Direct Sales
- Assist associates by processing order requests, preparing sales invoices, and preparing delivery receipts using SAP
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions
- Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately and professionally
- Monitor cash flow by validating payments and monitoring petty cash
- Monitor inventory for consistent replenishment from warehouse to retail shelves .
- Perform other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
- Preferably 6 months of related working experience, ex: Sales Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Quickbooks, etc.)
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be adaptable to a shifting work schedule, 6 days per week
