Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a manager with a minimum 3 years experience managing a restaurant or café with a tourist focus. Someone who is able to manage switching between customer relations, event planning and back of house paperwork - keeping on top of accounts and profitability, managing HR. You will be working closely with the owner who has been the manager for the previous 8 years, but who's goal is to step back.
Someone who has experience with inventory management, costings and accounting is an essential, as well as comfort with Excell. Reducing kitchen costs, stabilizing inventory and management, and improving profitability are key goals.
The hours are flexible depending on what is needed, but you will be required to work evenings and weekends and holidays. Due to the hands on nature of the role, we are looking for someone located in the area, or who is willing to relocate. Relocation support can be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
