Brief Qualifications and Primary Job Descriptions:

Senior Business Development is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners who support the management in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Must have strong research skills to gather information on potential clients, partners and industry trends, and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

Focus: B2B Partnerships - service partners, theme parks, malls, lifestyle brands, and corporate deals.

  • Work closely with management and team to develop and manage measurable marketing programs for clients and targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management
  • Provide and share relevant industry insights with the management by acquiring a deep understanding of the firm's solutions and conducting market research.
  • Develop slide decks for presentation to the management and proposal to target clients.
  • Develop online tactics and platform joint business plans in accordance with corporate and brand objectives.
  • Generate leads for possible platform partnerships and participate in prospective client meetings.
  • Coordinate and help produce proposals as assigned, ensuring that proposal meet specifications and deadlines as well as QUBE's quality standards.
  • Work with management and other teams to conceptualize and design proposals for new project activities and/or amendments to current projects.

Skillset:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A proactive and result-driven attitude to take initiative and assist the management in achieving sales objectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and closing deals.

Location: BGC, Taguig (On-site)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
