Position Title:  Business Analytics Officer 

Job Summary: 

The Business Analytics Manager leads the development and execution of data-driven strategies to support business decision-making, performance monitoring, and strategic planning. This role is responsible for managing analytics initiatives, developing insights from complex data sets, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through actionable intelligence.

Role Exposure:

Analytics Strategy & Execution

Design and implement analytics frameworks to support business goals and KPIs.

Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.

Data Management & Insights

Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis across multiple sources and systems.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate trends, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with business units, finance, marketing, and operations to identify analytics needs and deliver solutions.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of statistical methods.

Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in financial services, banking, or a regulated industry.
