Works as part of Talent Acquisition team, operates across all levels within the business, partnering with Hiring Managers and building relationships throughout the organization, developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, meeting competitive hiring goals and managing expectations.

Responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, interview screening and selecting the most appropriate candidates for short listing, both internally and externally.

Role supports the internal application process, recruiters and hiring managers. Utilizes knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition to assist internal applicants, recruiters and hiring managers helping to signpost processes, opportunities and knowledge content to support a continuously improving employee experience.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Seeks and sources the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant companies.
  • Identifies people with the appropriate skills, experience and behaviors aligned to recruitment requirements.
  • Identifies internal talent and promotes internal career mobility.
  • Uses a broad range of sourcing methods including social media, CV searching and internal/external databases.
  • Generates referrals using internal promotion and highlighting internal opportunities and talent.
  • Provides constructive feedback and suggestions to job applicants/candidates.
  • Supports prospects and bidding activity by pipelining unsecured roles.
  • Supports hiring managers and recruitment managers through the  full recruitment process.
  • Maintains database of candidates' records, maximizing the usage of the applicant tracking system
  • Ensures adherence with compliance requirements for all candidates and approvals to hire
  • Creates adverts ready for posting to the external market.
  • Reviews Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure targets are aligned and  met.
  • Builds relationship with third party partners to assist with bespoke hiring demands.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
  • Supports the internal application process including screening, approvals and offer processes.
  • Contributing to the internal attraction strategy for the regional hub, working closely with the recruitment teams to support the attraction of future skills from within the business.
  • Performs reviewing and engagement with all internal applicants in the assigned global hub and helping to improve the colleague experience in the global mobility processes.
  • Assists with screening and engagement calls to ensure a colleagues' skills and qualifications match the job and location requirements, provides guidance on the process and tools available. Informs the CoE's of relevant internal applicants and seeking guidance or support on their suitability.
  • Establishing suitability for the role in the relevant location, ensures objective feedback is provided by hiring stakeholders to all colleagues following review or interview for an internal opportunity, communicating with Line managers and HRBPs.
  • Supports recruiters and hiring managers to ensure suitable internal colleagues are considered for relevant roles and assists key stakeholders to establish a mutually convenient start/exit date, for successful colleagues.
  • Communicates status updates to all parties, to plan the backfill strategy for the successful candidates' current role, to support a timely transition.
  • Assists with pipelining suitable internal applicants and expressions of interest for future projects.
  • Maintains and updates compliant candidate records i.e. tracking of conversations, tags and recruitment status.
  • Uses key TA tools and systems including the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), MyHR and global reports.
