GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing important client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope. This includes coordinating all project activities, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for senior management.

The Project Management Specialist collaborates with clients and other departments to ensure project compatibility and successful delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
  • 2+ years of experience in tech project management, with a focus on SaaS products
  • Highly experienced in handling complex projects following SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum and Waterfall)
  • Previous experience in handling 5 to 10-man roster project/s
  • Good leadership skills, risk management, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in handling web, mobile, or general software developments, or related work within the SaaS or eCommerce industries
  • Experience in project planning, resource deployment, and release management
  • Able to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven ability to do software release project management and resource planning
  • Experience in handling web, mobile, or general software development, or related work within the SaaS or eCommerce industries

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
