Job Description:

The Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, repair, and upkeep of all facilities, kitchen equipment, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns on kitchen equipment, chillers, freezers, exhausts, and utilities.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Support installations, renovations, and equipment fit-outs for new stores and commissaries.
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
  • Coordinate with contractors/suppliers for specialized work when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational/Technical/TESDA certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or equivalent technical certification
  • At least 2 years' hands-on experience in maintenance/repairs with commercial kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, industrial HVAC systems, or food service facilities preferred
  • Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues.

  • Physically fit, hardworking, and reliable.

  • Flexibility to travel to different branches in Metro Manila.

  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
