Nan Tian (NT) Group, Ltd. Inc. is the company behind leading Asian restaurant brands such as Lan Hot Pot, Tarsier Fried Food (TFF), Namsan Korean Barbecue, Golden Noodle House, Xiaolongkan Hot Pot, and more. With multiple branches, commissaries, and expansion projects across Metro Manila.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, facilities, and utilities across stores and commissaries to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on kitchen, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns on equipment such as gas ranges, chillers, freezers, exhaust systems, and other restaurant machinery.
  • Monitor building utilities (water, power, gas) and ensure efficient usage.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs and installations.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, repair reports, and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, & sanitation regulations.
  • Provide technical support during new store openings, renovations, and fit-outs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (Licensed Engineer preferred but not required).
  • At least 3–5 years of maintenance experience in F&B, retail, or hotel industry.
  • Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment including gas ranges, walk-in coolers, ice machines, and exhaust ventilation systems.
  • Proficient in maintenance scheduling, reporting, and basic MS Office tools.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to different stores/commissaries in Metro Manila.
  • Team player, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical systems (e.g., RAC technician certification, electrical safety certification)
  • Safety training certifications (basic first aid, fire safety, or occupational health and safety training preferred)
