We're Hiring: SEO and GEO Manager

Makati City | Hybrid 3x onsite and 2x WFH | Midshift 2PM-11PM

We're looking for an experienced and strategic SEO and GEO Manager to lead global organic visibility initiatives across multiple markets. This role combines leadership, innovation, and technical expertise perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and wants to shape the future of search in the age of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute integrated SEO and GEO strategies while managing and mentoring a high-performing global team.

  • GEO Innovation: Stay at the forefront of generative AI trends to enhance visibility across AI-driven and conversational search platforms.

  • Technical SEO: Ensure optimal site architecture, crawlability, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data implementation.

  • On-page Optimization: Optimize metadata, internal linking, and content structure to boost rankings and user experience.

  • Semantic & Entity SEO: Apply NLP, entity optimization, and topical authority to align with evolving AI and search algorithms.

  • Content Collaboration: Work with content teams to produce search-intent-driven content that supports the marketing funnel.

  • Keyword & Market Intelligence: Lead competitive analysis and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Off-page & Local SEO: Strengthen backlink profiles, manage online reputation, and execute local SEO strategies.

  • Customer Journey Optimization: Align SEO and GEO activities with every stage of the customer journey to increase engagement and conversions.

  • Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with paid media and marketing teams for a unified organic and paid strategy.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement: Test, analyze, and refine strategies to stay ahead of SEO and GEO innovations.

  • Team Development: Mentor and grow your team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

  • Resource Planning: Partner with HR to assess team capacity and recruit top SEO/GEO talent.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of hands-on SEO management experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B tech, or high-growth digital industries.

  • Proven experience leading SEO teams—mentoring, setting KPIs, and driving measurable results.

  • Expertise in technical, on-page, off-page, and semantic SEO, with a track record of achieving significant organic growth.

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI's influence on search (GEO) and the agility to adapt to evolving trends.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.

  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with content, marketing, and paid media teams in global organizations.
