Job Summary

The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that enhance website visibility, improve search rankings, and drive high-quality traffic. This role combines technical SEO expertise with analytical insights to deliver measurable improvements in performance and user engagement. The position requires close collaboration with content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure best practices are consistently applied.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues impacting crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies, including metadata optimization, internal linking, and keyword placement aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze SEO A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO recommendations are effectively implemented across platforms.
  • Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and third-party analytics platforms.
  • Leverage data insights to guide content strategy and identify opportunities for ranking and traffic growth.
  • Create and optimize content using AI tools such as Jasper.AI and ChatGPT for keyword categorization, analysis, and SEO-focused copywriting.
  • Stay up to date with evolving SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continued success and competitiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO and technical SEO implementation.
  • Familiarity with SEO testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (proficiency is a strong advantage).
  • Experience using Screaming Frog or Sitebulb for technical audits.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Yoast SEO.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex SEO issues.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using AI tools for SEO-related activities such as content creation, keyword analysis, and optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
