Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH weekly)

Schedule: Midshift (typically 2 PM–11 PM, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 SEO specialists
  • Develop and execute integrated SEO and GEO strategies
  • Monitor generative AI trends and optimize for AI-powered search
  • Oversee technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, speed, mobile optimization
  • Enhance on-page elements: content structure, metadata, UX
  • Apply semantic and entity SEO techniques using NLP and topical authority
  • Collaborate with content teams to create search-intent-driven content
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Build backlink profiles and manage local SEO efforts
  • Align SEO/GEO with customer journey stages
  • Integrate organic and paid strategies across channels
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver insights
  • Stay ahead of SEO/GEO trends and continuously refine strategies
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Partner with HR for resource planning and talent acquisition

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of hands-on SEO management experience (SaaS, B2B tech, or digital environments)
  • Proven leadership in managing SEO teams and driving KPIs
  • Expertise in technical, on-page, semantic, and off-page SEO
  • Strong understanding of generative AI's impact on search (GEO)
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience collaborating across global content, marketing, and paid media teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php145,000.00 per month
