OPERATIONS PROCESSING

Responsible for day-to-day processing of operational processes and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Understand each platform's capabilities to assist with portal access and functionality inquiries
  • Ability to maneuver through the vendor systems to perform tasks timely
  • Performs timely system audits including platform to platform and client specific audits

  • Processing:

  • Manage carrier communication

  • Manually update systems as requested

  • Process reconciliation

  • Process carrier emails containing invoice back up data
  • Pull reports

GENERAL

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist with team projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum 1 year working in the benefits industry
  • Excel medium to expert level
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain responsibility for all work
  • Ability to make decisions utilizing sound judgment
  • Must be able to cope in a fast-paced environment, managing sensitive, confidential issues
