DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (MAKATI CAMPUS)
Overview of Responsibilities
- We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on performance marketing to lead our paid acquisition efforts across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, optimization, and ROI-driven strategies to scale customer acquisition and retention in the Philippine market.
SCOPE / DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
- Own the leads deliverables from paid and organic channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
- Manage SEO/SEM, display advertising, retargeting, and affiliate marketing strategies
- Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite. Being Google-certified is a plus.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows across platforms (e.g., email, SMS, retargeting) to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Stay updated on local digital trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior in the Philippines, specifically in Manila and Davao cities
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Min 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in performance marketing
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Excellent communication and project management skills
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES
- Familiarity with Philippine student and parent behavior and the digital landscape
- Experience in budget forecasting and digital planning
- Knowledge of email marketing automation and CRM platforms
