Primary Purpose of Role

The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for:

  • The effective enrichment, display, ranking and prioritisation of products and information to drive the optimal customer purchase journey.
  • The effective display, ranking and prioritisation of products and information to drive the optimal customer purchase journey.
  • Build and maintain (low code) web landing pages.
  • Managing the product lifecycle of digital products to go online

Key Result Areas and Responsibility

A. Online Merchandising

  • Enrichment of digital products.
  • Creation of new categories as required and based off requirements
  • Working in partnership with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute on their season launches, product launches and promotional activity.
  • Responsible for updating/ changing and monitoring the navigation for each brand website to ensure correct placement of products in categories and customer journeys.
  • Supporting the eComm merchandising team in managing Merchandising Tool functions.
  • Supporting the eComm merchandising team in managing landing pages through Page Builder to enable promotional and strategic activity for marketing & merch.
  • Updating and changes banners, supported by the web development team.

B. Reporting & Administration

  • Accessing and retrieving relevant data to be used in reporting

Prerequisite Skills:

  • Outstanding Excel knowledge
  • Highly organised
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding and experience with web optimisation & product data
  • Confident in using various tools and systems to analyse data & ability to understand what it means
  • Aptitude for understanding technical systems and system integration.
  • Ability to adopt a commercial mindset

Education/Qualifications/Memberships:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications or Marketing preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ years' experience within digital & content.
  • eCommerce experience, including familiarity with various eCommerce platforms
