Senior E-commerce & Marketing Executive (Hybrid)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- E-Commerce & Marketing Management: Oversee and optimize e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.), manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines. Ensure brand consistency and create engaging content for digital channels.
- Order & Inventory Management: Process orders across multiple marketplaces, monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock, and manage automated and manual order fulfillment.
- Fulfillment & Dispatch: Handle claims for lost/damaged orders, oversee Amazon FBA and FBM fulfillment, and coordinate replacements and internal frame purchases.
- Technical & Marketplace Support: Maintain account health, update listings and pricing, troubleshoot order flow issues, and collaborate with web development and third-party partners.
- Claims & Chargeback Management: Document and resolve lost/damaged item cases, initiate claims, and manage chargeback disputes.
- Customer Engagement: Support Customer Service for order-related issues and monitor high-risk/unfulfilled orders.
- Reporting & Data Management: Generate sales reports, maintain KPI dashboards, and track fraud prevention and chargebacks.
- Process Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies, develop and update SOPs, and maintain centralized documentation.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and product strategies, ensure accurate listings, and check for unauthorized resellers.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Customer Service, Web Development, and Logistics teams to improve operations and provide insights for business outcomes.
- Role Impact: Drive operational efficiency, protect revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, resolve technical issues, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
