Marketing Assistant — Social Media

Overview:
The Marketing Assistant (Social Media) supports daily social media operations, including content scheduling, community engagement, research, and campaign coordination. This role suits someone who enjoys digital marketing, understands social trends, and can balance creativity with strong organization to ensure consistent and strategic brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Maintain content calendars and ensure all posts follow brand guidelines
- Gather and organize creative assets and coordinate with designers
- Engage with the community by monitoring and responding to comments and DMs
- Track campaign performance and assist with weekly reporting
- Maintain organized social media folders and documentation
- Conduct research for content ideas, trends, and audience insights
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-team alignment for marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content support
- Strong grasp of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and brand voice
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic content editing tools
- Proficient in Google Workspace and other remote collaboration tools
