Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator / Strategist to join our team on an ongoing basis. You'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that showcase our expertise in AI-driven growth, engage our target audience, and position our brand as a thought leader in the AI and business growth space.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube) that demonstrates our AI expertise and value proposition
• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our business goals and target audience needs
• Community Management: Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Trend Analysis: Stay current with AI industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our content relevant and impactful
• Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar that balances educational content, thought leadership, case studies, and brand storytelling
• Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize content performance and demonstrate ROI
• Collaboration: Work closely with our advisory team to translate complex AI concepts into accessible, engaging social media content
• Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve our brand voice across all social channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and strategy, preferably in B2B, tech, or consulting sectors
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software)
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual and written content
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and data-driven decision making
• Understanding of AI, technology, or business growth topics (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Based in the Philippines with availability during Australian business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Australian businesses
• Experience in the AI, SaaS, or consulting industry
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategies
• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Background in marketing, communications, or journalism
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles
• Video production and editing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
