Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our HR and talent acquisition team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist in various recruitment tasks and gain hands-on experience in the hiring process. You will be involved in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for interviews, while gaining valuable exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job specifications and qualifications.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Talent Pool Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring that candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Candidate Outreach: Assist in reaching out to potential candidates for initial screenings, providing information about the company and roles.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in coordinating onboarding materials for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to the first day.
  • Job Postings: Help in creating and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms, ensuring job descriptions are clear and attractive to candidates.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct market research on salary trends, competitor analysis, and recruitment strategies. Assist in generating reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to understand departmental needs and assist in various recruitment and HR-related tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams.
  • Assist with organizing recruitment events, career fairs, or webinars.
  • Help in creating engaging content for recruitment marketing, such as social media posts or email campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and strategies.


Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • A desire to learn and grow within the HR and recruitment field.
