Job Summary

Hospeco Philippines Inc. is looking for a reliable and well-organized Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Country Manager. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well, and enjoys helping keep things running smoothly in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Country Manager, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review letters, reports, and presentations to make sure they are clear and accurate.
  • Help with meeting coordination, such as preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, visits, and special projects.
  • Support general office tasks and other administrative needs as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Has good attention to detail and enjoys keeping things organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Can manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities when needed.
  • Trustworthy, respectful, and able to work with people at all levels of the organization.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and help where needed.
