Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
- Administrative Support: Managing the calendar, including scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international). Screening and directing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the President when appropriate. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinating and managing all aspects of visitor flow ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all visitors by managing their arrival, coordinating with relevant internal teams.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage special projects as assigned by the President, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinating and booking all aspects of business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries. Preparing detailed travel dossiers and manage expense reports.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity. Serve as a trusted liaison between the President and key executives, board members, clients, and other high-level contacts.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse audiences.
- Possesses good organizational & time management skills: attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with calendar management software. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: A high level of emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
