Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Assistant to support our sales team and office operations. This role combines administrative responsibilities with sales support, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sales-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team and management.
- Prepare, review, and process sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases, records, and reports.
- Assist in managing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads.
- Support the sales team in tracking targets, generating reports, and monitoring performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and client meetings.
- Handle office administrative tasks such as filing, purchasing supplies, and record keeping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support; background in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in sales-related industries such as pharmaceutical, real estate, or insurance is highly valued.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
