Overview

Silverfox Digital is seeking a highly capable Social Media Manager with advanced expertise in content strategy, design, and creative execution. This hand-on role is responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of compelling social media content that elevates brand presence, drives engagement, and strengthens client relationships. The successful candidate will possess a strong eye for visual design, exceptional writing ability, and fluency in Canva Pro, working independently within a high-performance remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for up to ten client accounts across the United States and Middle East.
• Manage editorial planning, content calendars, campaign development, and platform-specific engagement plans.
• Adapt digital strategies to client goals, audience behaviour, market conditions, and industry trends.

Content Creation & Design

• Produce professional-grade visual and written content that reflects client branding, messaging, and market positioning.
• Create high-impact visuals using Canva Pro, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality.
• Draft all written copy including captions, campaign themes, ads, and community communications.
• Source photography and visual assets from digital libraries and creative sources, ensuring full usage rights.
• Prepare and deliver creative briefs for photographers and external suppliers.

Client Communication & Management

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, discussing objectives, needs, and performance updates.
• Lead presentation of strategy, creative direction, and campaign reporting to clients.
• Build strong trust-based relationships that support long-term retention and growth.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track social performance metrics and provide periodic reporting, insights, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Adjust content strategies based on engagement trends, performance outcomes, and client business priorities.

Team Collaboration

• Work efficiently within a distributed team environment, maintaining accountability, communication, and milestone discipline.
• Contribute creative ideas for ongoing development of Silver Fox Digital's social media offering and overall brand capability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, media, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple professional social media accounts simultaneously.
• Proven background in social media content development, campaign planning, and execution.
• Expert-level proficiency with Canva Pro.
• Strong written and spoken English, with professional-level grammar, tone, and presentation skills.
• A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality work in visual design and content creation.
• Ability to work independently to tight timelines and deliver reliably in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with CRM tools or client management systems.
• Prior agency or multi-client experience.
• Exposure to US and/or Middle East markets.

Compensation

• Compensation is budgeted at PHP 20,000 to 30,000 per month dependent on factors such as work location, education, and experience.
• This role qualifies for a bonus scheme dependent on client acquisition and retention, providing an up to 100% upside for top performers.
