Key Functions:

  • Prepare subdivision plans, site maps, and layouts.
  • Support DHSUD, DAR, LGU, and DENR submissions with technical drawings.
  • Conduct title plotting, site verification, and map analysis.
  • Provide technical input in feasibility studies.
  • Maintain archives of technical documents.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Real Estate Management, Engineering, Law, or related courses.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, property documentation, compliance, or community/technical work.
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and government coordination.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Unit and supervise provincial assistants.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of outputs.
  • Coordinate with BDOD Head and other Units.
  • Provide reports, assessments, and recommendations.

KPIs

  • Timeliness of deliverables.
  • Accuracy of reports and compliance.
  • Smooth coordination with government offices.
  • Successful endorsements / turnovers / studies (depending on unit).
