Your RoleThe Bancassurance Manager is responsible for growing the Bancassurance Annual Premium Equivalent (APE) and revenue of the bank by collaborating with Wealth Management (Premier) and Community Distribution (CD) to ensure the execution of sales strategies and achievement of Bancassurance goals. Your ImpactUpdate, monitor, and support Bancassurance sales concerning current products and requirements from CD and Premier. Manage and grow the Bancassurance business in terms of APE, Premium, Revenues via service fees, trailer fees, and bonuses, aligning with CFS aspirations.
Liaise with Bancassurance Partner (Etiqa) for the development and assessment of products, services, and processes. Your ProfileBachelor's Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance, or equivalent. At least three (3) years of relevant banking experience with exposure to Bancassurance Products.
