What You'll Do:

• Oversee inventory management and ordering of meat products to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that highlight our quality offerings.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Train and mentor junior butchers and kitchen staff on best practices and techniques.
• Engage with customers to provide expert advice on meat selections and preparation.

• Proven experience as a butcher, with strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
