Job Description

We are looking for experienced Café Barista & and Kitchen Staff to join our team. This role combines excellent customer service with food and beverage preparation. You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience while supporting daily kitchen and café operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of drinks.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Ensure cleanliness of bar area and equipment.

Kitchen Duties:

  • Assist in preparing, cooking, and plating food.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing and proper storage.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

Team Support:

  • Work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  • Assist during events and peak service hours.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience as a barista or in a kitchen/food service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and kitchen safety.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fresh graduates with related training are welcome to apply.
