The Opportunity
Support Senior Brokers in managing end-to-end loan applications for an established residential lending team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from documentation preparation to liaising with lenders and solicitors.

What You'll Do

  • Manage CRM entries and task lists to track loan applications
  • Prepare complete loan documentation for lender submission
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and real estate agents for smooth processing
  • Assist brokers with client file preparation and documentation collation
  • Monitor settlement timelines and coordinate actions to meet deadlines
  • Maintain and update client records in Mercury CRM and ApplyOnline
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Participate in training and mentorship guided by the Mortgage Loan Officer

Key Criteria

  • At least 6 months of experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, or broker support
  • Familiarity with Mercury CRM and ApplyOnline is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proactive mindset with process improvement initiative
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
  • Prior exposure to the Australian mortgage industry is a plus but not required

Work Setup
Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
  • Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after probation.
